Effective date: May 19, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how SignalCraft Ventures LLC ("CIOQuest," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you access the CIOQuest platform.

Assessment responses. When you complete the FinOps Maturity Diagnostic, we collect the answers you provide. This data is used solely to generate your diagnostic output and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email address. If you submit your email via our early-access list, that address is stored with ConvertKit, our email service provider, and used to send platform updates and relevant content. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Usage data. We may collect standard web analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) via third-party analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Platform, deliver your diagnostic output, communicate platform updates if you have opted in, and understand how the Platform is used in aggregate.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Assessment responses are processed using AI language models to generate narrative summaries and commentary. Inputs are not used to train third-party AI models. We use commercially available AI services subject to their respective data processing agreements.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services: ConvertKit (email capture and communications), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure). Each service operates under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for the duration of your engagement with the Platform. Email subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
